Our comprehensive, career-focused curriculums blends science, art, and business. You’ll master modern skincare treatments like advanced facials, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, microneedling, dermaplaning, and chemical peels, alongside foundational esthetics. We keep our classes intentionally small to give you individual attention and tailored feedback. Our instructors are seasoned industry professionals who know your name, your goals, and your strengths. This focused environment ensures faster learning, deeper understanding, and better preparation for both your state licensing exams and your career.

Learning happens best by doing. At PIA, you’ll gain practical, supervised experience in our on-site, fully functional spa — performing real services for real clients. Frequently Asked Questions

To help you make an informed decision, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions about PIA Institute’s Master Aesthetician Program. If you have any additional questions, please contact us, we want you to make an informed decision.

At PIA Institute, we go beyond teaching beauty — we teach the business of beauty.

While most esthetics schools focus on technical training, PIA equips students with the real-world business skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive beauty industry. You’ll learn how to build a client base, market your services, communicate professionally, manage appointments, and create repeat business — the skills that turn a license into a lasting career.

Our small class sizes ensure personalized mentorship from instructors who are not only licensed professionals but successful entrepreneurs themselves. You’ll train in a real spa environment while gaining the confidence to work for top medspas, launch your own studio, or grow an independent beauty brand.

PIA doesn’t just prepare you to pass the state exam — we prepare you to build a business, attract clients, and succeed as a professional esthetician from day one.

At PIA Institute, we believe mastering esthetics is only half the equation — the other half is knowing how to build a successful career in beauty. We teach The Business of Beauty so every graduate leaves with both the skills to perform services and the knowledge to thrive in the industry.

Here’s what that means for you:

  • Learn from success. After graduation, we encourage students to work in established, successful beauty businesses. This lets you see firsthand what works — how they attract clients, deliver amazing service, and stay profitable.
  • Build your foundation. As you gain experience, you’ll learn systems, pricing, and client care that you can later apply in your own business (if you choose).
  • Create your own path. Whether you dream of launching your own beauty studio or prefer working in a top-tier spa, you’ll understand the business side — giving you stability, freedom, and growth options. It is our belief that the more you know, the more you grow.
  • Advance with business mastery. Technical skill gets you in the door — but business knowledge keeps you advancing. When you can communicate well, manage clients, and understand operations, you not only boost profits but also create happier, more loyal clients.

Our goal is simple: turn passion for beauty into a sustainable, successful career.

PIA’s 1200-hour Master Aesthetician Program can be completed in as little as 8 months.
