This school also caters to english learners and is open to the public on weekends for services done by students. In 2025, PIA’s 100-hour Lash and Brow Technician Program can be completed in 1 month.

Starting Jan 1, 2026, the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) will increase the Lash Technology Program requirement from 100 hours to 270 hours.
